If something isn't right, we would rather keep you in the family than lose your trust. Here is how refunds work.
Because access is digital and begins the moment you buy, our usual remedy is account Credit rather than cash. Credit can be applied toward your own time — adding years to your term — or gifted forward as years for someone in your family or circle, so value stays with the people you care about.
Our general policy is no refunds, for security and other reasons. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law. If you are ever genuinely unhappy, talk to us first — we would much rather make it right than have you feel stuck. Your participation can be terminated or restricted based on policy, behavior, attestation issues, or other concerns, and does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
Members buy access by the year — one year, three years, or more at a time, with bonus time for longer commitments. Memberships are not month-to-month, and there is no automatic renewal. More years can be added or extended at any time, but nothing recurring is ever charged. When your years run out, your access simply ends unless you choose to continue.
